Deborah Dilimone Genis, age 53, of Erie, died Tuesday, July 17, 2012.
She was born November 1, 1958, daughter of the late Clyde and Helena (Bole) Kinstler.
Deborah attended McDowell High School and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She was retired from the Cafeteria Food Industry, working at Penn State Behrend College. Deborah was a member of the Sunflower Club, South Erie Turners and National Club. She loved gardening, shopping and country music.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jeffery Dilimone, Sr., and her parents, Clyde and Helena (Bole) Kinstler.
She is survived by her husband, James "Jamie" Genis; three children, Rachelle Gross and her husband, Brian of Hagerstown, MD, Alesia Dilimone and Paul of Erie, and Jeffery Dilimone, Jr. and Heather of Beaver Falls, PA; grandchildren, Kallie & Easton Dilimone; a sister, Kathie Danowski and her husband, Dan; brothers, James Kinstler and Anne, Robert Kinstler and his wife, Linda, Mark Kinstler and Chris, all of Erie; and two brothers-in-law, Michael Genis of Erie, and Anthony Genis and his wife Peggy of Cincinnati, OH.
Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 West 26th at Powell Avenue, on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A service will be held there Saturday morning at 10 am with Rev. David McIlvried officiating.
Interment in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
