Richard G. Nowak, of Erie, passed away on September 29, 2012.
He is survived by his wife Jody Nowak (Hess); a daughter, Crystal Nowak and his granchildren Terrell, Tiara and Kiara of Erie. Rick is also survived by his brother Dave (Diane) Nowak, niece Natalie (John) Bartlet and great-nephew Jack Bartlet; another brother, Jim (Mary) Nowak, nephews, Keith Nowak and Kyle (Elaine)Nowak, all of Columbus, OH. also survive.
Rick retired from Hammermill Paper after 29 years of service. He was an avid hunter, a devoted fan of the Miami Dolphons and an active member of the Slovak Club.
Rick was laid to rest on October 3, 2012.
Arrangements were under the care of the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 602 West 10th Street, Erie.
