Shirley Shaw, age 82, a resident of the Millcreek Manor, died there Thursday, February 4, 2010.
She was born in Franklin, PA on December 10, 1927, daughter of the late Donald Roscoe and Sarah Dick Shaw.
Shirley was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Franklin. She was a Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers fan.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Jane Canon.
Survivors include her niece, M. Catharine Davis and her brother-in-law, Lawrence R. Canon, both of Erie; a great-nephew, Jonathan Davis of Pittsburgh; friends, Wendy Smith and Family and the friends and staff at the Millcreek Manor.
Friends may call Saturday from 10 am until the time of the service at 12 noon at the Burton Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 602 West 10th Street. Reverend John Coleman will officiate.
Private burial will be in Franklin Cemetery.
